Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions regarding custom engineering, sampling, and global delivery.
What is the typical lead time for custom battery samples?
For standard cell samples in stock, dispatch occurs within 3–5 business days. For customized pack assemblies (including tailored BMS and enclosures), engineering sample lead times typically range between 2 to 4 weeks depending on mold requirements and testing specifications.
Do your batteries comply with international transport regulations?
Yes. All our production cells and custom packs are tested and certified under UN38.3 test summaries, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and drop test protocols. We can legally ship dangerous goods (Class 9 Lithium Batteries) via air and sea freight worldwide.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom projects?
We actively support engineering innovation. For prototype testing and R&D verification, our MOQ can be as low as 1–5 units. For mass production, MOQs depend on specific cell chemistry and tooling requirements, which our sales engineers will outline clearly in your quotation.
Can you configure custom BMS communication protocols (CAN / UART / SMBus)?
Yes. Our in-house electronics engineering team develops proprietary hardware and firmware supporting CAN bus 2.0B, UART, RS485, and SMBus for real-time telemetry, state-of-charge (SoC), and diagnostic integration with your host flight controllers or robotic mainboards.
